The Toy Shed is a column where one can find the latest reviews and news
on the hottest toys that geeks crave. Being a geek who craves these
toys so very much, Zechs will hunt down the hottest toys on the market
the hard way and will break the figure down in detail on whether it was
a MUST BUY or not.
Hasbro has FINALLY revealed the three winners of the 2010 Fan Choice Marvel Legends. These winners will go on to be in two packs with three other figures (chosen by Hasbro).
I welcome you to an area of the Toyshed which I warn you will not be pleasant. If you're a fan of toys I must caution you of the horrific tales that will be found below. If you have a weak stomach, please stop reading and don't read this article. For those who do, you will find tales of shattered dreams, angry parents, horrific friends, and of course abuse on toys. Welcome to ToyShed Tales of Terror!
Due to personal reasons, Zechs is out this week. In Zechs' place will be fniazi, with his review on Transformers Masterpiece Grimlock. Is Grimmy truly king of the Masterpieces? Only one way to find out!
Oh yes, Zechs is a sly one. He delayed his review of the Five Pack G.I. Joes (Snake-Eyes, Shipwreck, General Hawk, Flint, and Lady Jaye) a week just so he could post it when G.I. Joe Resolute was being aired on the net and will debut on television this weekend. The only question now is will these five figures truly be resolute enough to warrant a buy?
Zechs believes in Longarm Prime the Transformers Animated figure. But will you?! Come on just look at that picture? How can you not trust this bot? What could he possibly be hiding?
It's that time again. Zechs reviews the newest Cobra Commander figure, from the Resolute line. So what if it's another Cobra Commander figure. That's not the point you FOOLS! It's the fact that Zechs can review another figure based on his mentor.. er.. popular villain from a toy line/cartoon. Yeeeeess, I recovered pretty good there.
Zechs is taking a minor break from reviewing figures to give you a little bird's eye view into how he gets these figures and the pros with the cons on toy hunting. Hilarity will follow.
After searching for weeks and finding some of the latest hot figures. It has given Zechs new life and thus the dreaded Toy Shed is alive and well! In addition, with its return you’ll see Zechs review three figures from the DCU Wave 2 line. Yes, Wave 2. Zechs had to sell away his marriage to the devil to get some. However, where they worth it?
Yes, yet again Zechs is looking at more G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary figures. This time it's the Cobra Commander and Tripwire two pack (the fourth two pack he's bought of the 25th Anniversary series). He promises it'll be the last G.I. Joe review until he gets the Rise Serpertor set. Or a B.A.T. Or a Firebat. Or Wraith. Or Flint in Cobra Officer uniform. Ok Zechs' cannot make guarantees other than next week will be Joe free.
Will Zechs yield to the light side and say the Legacy two pack of Cade Skywalker and Darth Talon giving a fair judgment of the two? Or will he yield to the dark side and only have a one-track mind? Well there’s only one-way to find out, reading Zechs’ review!
