I'm pretty sure Cyclops took all of Magik and Colossus' piece of the Phoenix Force, Emma doesn't have it.

You really are nitpicking, seriously, relax.

When Namor lost the Phoenix force it was split evenly between the remaining holders.

There's nothing to indicate that's changed.

Also Cap's been acting like a dick pretty much since he found out about the Illuminati, like he's in charge of who can hang out together.

There's literally no event or comic anymore that doesn't have some small contingent of angry nerds yelling about characterization, regardless of whether there's any validity to their argument or not.

Some people just want to watch the (comic) world burn, IMO. Unless it's written by Chris Claremont, in which case, best comic ever.
