There are only so many outrageous lies, like when you said Brubaker had a staff of ghostwriters who found new ways for him to plagiarize every day, before the illogical, hate filled, gutter slime that you type type casts you as nothing more tant a reoccurring character that unites the board in our love of laughing at (or with if this is one big con) you.

here's a thought (if the bat lets you) - create a new account and be pleasant. You don't have to agree with people, but try not to be a snob about who you have and haven't heard of, if someone was born in the pull bin or - like 99% or all writers, had to start somewhere other than Marvel - and, most importantly, when you make statements, not opinions but STATEMENTS, try and have actual sources and links to show how there is a chance they might be true.

I post a lot of threads about individual comics, and the Marvel ones get more comments overall than the DC or Indie ones... so... make of that what you will.

I do agree with The Bass that there is a bit of a hive-mind problem with this site at times, hell, it was part of the reason I left for about 3 years, because the mods and established posters (including Nieto, The Bass' nemesis) made fun of me for even thinking the Spider-Man unmasking was a cool idea.

But that was a long time ago, it's a bit better now, there's a lot less anti-Marvel feeling on the site these days, but then that's more down to the increase in anti-DC feeling and the increase in apathy about comics altogether.

And of course, I was like 17 then, an emotional teenager, these days, as an adult, I don't care what some other idiot thinks about a comic, if they hate good Marvel books and love shitty stuff like Fables, that's their problem, not mine. You need relax, The Bass, you can't let other people's wrong tastes get to you.

Gheru said ONCE that you said Skottie Young traced. Do you not see where the issue is??? One of the owners of the board has asked you to give ONE instance of him "censoring or editing your posts" and you can't even do that without saying something about someone else. Clearly you CAN'T show one instance.

IMO:
the anti-big 2 contingent on this board, while vocal, is a very small minority
again, look at the comic of the week, moment of the week, review group, what are you buying, ect threads its easy to see that the majority of active posters here like the Big Two in some form or another

its just that most of us try not to limit ourselves to one or two brand names, not that there is anything wrong with that beyond missing out on some great comics.
