Paul Heyman is great.

That said, I don't know if I need 10 minutes of recapping why Lesnar beating HHH is one of the greatest accomplishments in the history of wrestling.

The use of Brock in the segment, and him thanking the ref with "good job" was pretty great.

I don't know where they go from here with them, or who he goes after next or how long he'll be gone before coming back, and this segment did nothing to explain any of that. So, despite being well done by both guys, it was kind of a pointless segment.

Truth and Kofi giving away toys was odd. Mostly because they were toys of other random guys and not them or anyone they are associated with.

I kind of like this Sin Cara vs Cody minifeud they've been building.

Kofi and Truth in Superman tights? Odd, and Kofi's were better.

Match was OK. Nothing special.

Way too much talk about HHH and whether or not he's going to retire after losing last night. I do not care about this story, and I don't want to hear about it all night in unrelated segments.

Otunga's backstage segment with AJ was OK, but I have no desire to ever see him in the ring so the purpose of it doesn't do anything for me.

I like that Punk gets to pick his opponent, even if AJ has final say.

I do not care about Ryback beating jobbers. I know Jinder Mahal is just barely a step above that, but I would much rather watch them fight.

Jericho and Ziggler backstage was solid stuff. AJ skipping into the room and going around the two of them before announcing that the match is Jericho's career vs the MitB briefcase raised it to a higher level of awesome. Great stuff.

I like that Del Rio was pissed off about what happened.

Shamus is the heel in this feud with Del Rio. Del Rio is a hero, and should be treated as such.

AJ having no power over the belt but giving Del Rio a match anyways, and against Orton, was fine. Should be a fun match.

Shamus coming out to watch the match, and probably fuck over Del Rio again. What an asshole. :smt011

So, based on the results here, I'm assuming we get a triple threat match with these three next month?

I'd be cool with that. I was kind of hoping for an Orton/Bryan feud after their match on Smackdown, but I guess that won't be happening.

Fun match. Not a spectacular PPV quality thing or anything, but good stuff. After Smackdown,
'
Punk's post-match interview from last night was good.

I know they aren't going to care about the US title all of a sudden, but it's nice to see a real wrestler holding the belt and not a joke character like Santino.

Sandow is awesome, and hopefully he can beat the shit out of Clay here. Unless they want to actually do something with Clay and make him a real wrestler. I really wish they'd have gone through with that Big Show feud, as that could have been great for him. Sandow just needs a real feud with someone, he's been great since showing up despite not having much to do.

Fun match that made both guys look like actual wrestlers, so I can get behind having this feud continue, but I think both guys would be better off fighting established guys.

I like that Clay got upset at losing and attacked Sandow while he was gloating. Showed he took this seriously, but then he undermined it by dancing and smiling like an idiot 2 seconds later.

I love HBK as much as anyone in the history of wrestling, but that was awful.

I don't need another 10 minutes about why HHH is the greatest most amazing thing in wrestling history or about how he might possibly be done forever as a result of the actions of Brock or whatever.

I really just don't care at all. And honestly, it didn't sound liek the crowd cared all that much for the most part either, but part of that could be the fact he wasn't live in the ring and fans tend to not react great to that sort of thing most of the time.

Big Show as the opponent isn't too surprising, nor was how it played out.

Show being pissed off last night was one of his best promos since the Daniel Bryan stuff. Wow. Great fucking work by him. Though, and I know he shouldn't be happy with it, the smart move in a match like that is to team up against Show until he's out of the battle then go after each other, so it's not like Cena or Punk were doing anything other than trying to win. Still, that was great stuff.

I hope these post-match PPV interview things become a regular deal from here on out. I've liked most of these so far, and it's a neat idea that makes sense.

Kane teaming with Ryder is just so fucking dumb seeming, but since Ryder actually doesn't trust the guy at all on his way down to the ring, and the fact they are fighting two guys that also hate each other, could make this interesting.

I pretty much expect this to just turn into a giant brawl with everyone fighting their partners and the other team.

Bryan holding out Ryder's hand and yelling "TAG HIM!" was fantastic.

The hate these guys all have for each other made this a pretty fun match, and Kane killing Ryder was not in any ways surprising.

Not a good match, per se, but a fun one. And I always like crazy Kane more than nice Kane.

Cena's backstage interview from last night was odd. I wish he showed more fire about wanting to win the title, but he did have a submission hold on Big Show when he tapped out and there's not much more he can say about it and at leas the wasn't making excuses or anything.

Punk saying he'll fight Cena for the title next, but that he's got a condition, is about what I was expecting.

AJ saying she's sending Bryan to anger management classes would be a lot better if I wasn't worried this is going to turn into some Charlie Sheen involved clusterfuck.

Ziggler and Vickie backstage was good.
