I like this Superman's outfit much better than the armor.

Agreed. Looks really good. Maybe the only new book from dc that interests me, mainly due to the art

Yep. It's about 100 times better. I really like this book, for what it's worth.

I like how Helena took elements of her mother's outfit when she later designed her Huntress outfits.

Wow. This issue, like with Earth 2 #0, really delivers. There's a couple really intense moments.
That's all I'm saying for now until everyone gets to read it

I'm getting ready to do just that!

I agree! I really liked this issue, as well!
Man...Earth 2 is a place where you can not let your guard down, not even for a second!

And a nice nod back to the Silver Age when Superman kept Kara's arrival a secret then too.

Levitz damn near ruined it in a couple places with some REALLY bad dialogue, but on the whole still a pretty good issue, marked by a couple of real "gut-punch" moments and of course fantastic art.

I'm actually not a fan of that. I think it's too 'on the nose'.
However, Liefeld is an enigma wrapped in a pouch-filled, muscular, footless conundrum.

Of course this is a must get,
mind you the new Superman looks like Ultra man as far as I'm concerned

Uploaded with
ImageShack.usoh and a pic of ben affleck playing a blind matt is enough to make me not take you seriously.....
