The world's first marriage equality comedy gets its own comic!
Writer-Producer Jane Espenson (Once Upon a Time) will bring her marriage equality sitcom to the world of comic books in an exclusive six-issue digital miniseries published by Dark Horse. Just announced at Dragon*Con, and launching next month, the miniseries will be penned by creator Espenson and series star Brad Bell (a.k.a. Cheeks) with art by Ron Chan (The Guild, SW: Knights of the Old Republic). Issue #1 is scheduled to be released Oct. 24th.
The Team Husbands tumblr unveiled the first cover art for the series (shown below) via Ron Chan's official site along with Ron's statement, "HUSBANDS, a web sitcom created by Jane Espenson and Brad Bell, will be releasing an exclusive comic series with Dark Horse including pencil, ink, and color art by me!"
