Awesome.

Comixology Licenses Shotaro Ishinomori's Entire Manga Catalog

He created Kikaida, Kamen Rider, and GoRanger (precursor to the Power Rangers genre).

Cool. I liked it. I never got into GoBusters. What do you think?

Love it! It was shaping into the best series I’ve ever seen, but then they introduced the sixth member. I don't like him, he’s too goofy.

I’m really curious to see this brought over, I want to see how it compares. My favorite part has always been when they fight the lower minions and this is just at another level. You can clearly see how they each have their own fighting style. I think they cut a lot of this stuff when they bring it over, probably think it’s too violent.

Yeah gokai silver was really annoying for the first few eps. It got better though, and he ends up being okay.

Reopening Planned For Tsunami Affected Ishinomori Manga Museum

In 2008, Shotaro Ishinomori was posthumously awarded him the Guinness World Record for most comics/manga published by one author for a body of work over 128,000 pages, which included the creation of seminal superpowered team Cyborg 009. His towering influence also helped define the tokusatsu live action genre. November 17th, the museum in his honor will be holding a reopening ceremony.

He does use a spear, my favorite weapon in kung fu, so I don't hate him completely. :P

I'm not that familiar with Ultraman but it sounds fun. I'm always up for alternate dimensions.

I think it's a Trident... but if I recall correctly he gets less "too powerful" down the line. Or at least I got used to it.

I saw UltraSeven as a kid. Also a few eps of Ultraman the original. I'm aware of the different Ultramen, but never followed it closely. I saw the film "Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy" which was the debut of Ultraman Zero and Ultraman Belial and it was very fun. Was all Ultraman and no irritating humans. Was hoping for more of that but it wasn't.

That SH Figuarts Itasha Robo is nice. It not only transforms from car to robot, but it also holds the three rangers when transformed. Pricey though.

It’s a type of spear, just a fancier pointy end. :P

I have some DVDs of the original series and I watched what little Fox showed of Ultraman Tiga.
