Source: 'Hotel Transylvania 2' in the Works for 2015 Release

Sony Pictures Animation appears to want the sequel to this Fall's Hotel Transylvania (tentatively titled "Hotel Transylvania 2") to make a spooky entrance on September 25, 2015.

The project is currently in early development so no talent has been confirmed yet, however director Genndy Tartakovsky will not likely be involved as he is set to direct a new Popeye film.

If the date holds, 2015 may be a good year for chilling animation as Dreamworks' B.O.O.: Bereau of Otherworldly Operations is scheduled to haunt theaters that night too.

Sony Picture just announced in a artilc that they will release this movie on September 25, 2015. The first part of Hotel Transylvania 2 has earned $253 million worldwide since opening Sept. 28. Hope its sequel will break its record.
