I thought it was pretty interesting. Not a lot to go on, way too much set up and it's fairly obvious the direction it's heading. The art was nice for a Quietly copier.

Never read anything by Joe Harris, but his writing on Great Pacific #1 is decent. There are some decent ideas in play, but the execution of them maintains interest without going beyond the realm of "good enough". At times, the characters read like mechanisms that exist to move the plot along instead of fleshed out beings. The art is a mixed bag. There are parts like the double page spread that look sharp. At other times, it looks subpar. Those who are hooked on the concept might dig it, but I have no interest in following the rest of this series.
