There will be tie ins.

3:19 UltimateKidNova:
Two issues in May, two in June, an epilogue to follow. There will be about six to seven tie-ins.

3:20 UltimateKidNova:
There will be Fantastic Four and Superior Spider-Man tie-ins in March.

3:20 UltimateKidNova:
To clarify, six to seven tie-ins in total, most one-shots, a couple two-three issue limited series.

3:20 UltimateKidNova:
The tie-ins will fit into the numbering of the ongoing series, but have AU after them, ala Point One issues.

Likely going to pass. Not really interested in yet another bi-weekly event so soon.

I think Bendis has been building up to this for awhile. Remember that Avengers arc where the Avengers of the present joined the Next Avengers in the future to fight Ultron/the Destroyer with Kang... and Ultron let them win? Yeah, that might be important.

Thinking this will mess with the timeline somehow... or at least relate to all the time travel shenanigans.

Ultron is an absolute fuck up of a character.

I'm a bit confused by the wording. Will we see Ultron take over the world from the first issue, or will he already have taken over the world by the time the series started? If it's the latter, I'm already getting a serious Final Crisis vibe from this.

If that's the case, I'd prefer Kang be the main focus. He's a better character anyway.

On the plus side you'll be able to skip the first uneventful 9 issues and wait for the quick and convenient wrap-up in issue #10 by the phrase "no more robots"
