I'm pretty sure Batman Incorporated is now so far outside continuity as to be an Elseworlds unto itself. Also, no way is Damien dying in this storyline.

Also a good theory on a possible death. But why would Huntress be affected by that ? So far they haven't shown an Alfredon Earth-2 but she has just recently started a tight relationship with Damian on NuEarth
