I thought Nurama was way too harsh on their #1 review (2/10) but this issue is easily worth less.
I don't even know where to start, it's just a mess in terms of pacing and painful dialog and the last book Dillon should be wasting his talents on....especially after the Punisher book he just did with Jason Aaron.
Hope this gets cancelled ASAP. Can't believe we lost Rucka's book and Parker's Rulk for this garbage.

We didn't lose Parker's book, it just shifted who it's lead was. Most of the themes and supporting cast exist in the current book.

In Marvel's defense, they tried to warn readers how terrible it would be by printing Way's name on the cover.
