Francesco Francavilla will take over art duties on Hawkeye for issue #10 and #12, and we have absolutely nothing funny to say about it.
Source: Press Release Marvel's solicits are coming out to day, but in order to thwart Rich Johnston's efforts to make all of Marvel's announcements before then, the House of Ideas sent out a press release this morning telling fans that Francesco Francavilla, known hereafter as FrancFranc so we don't have to remember how to spell his name again, will be filling in for David Aja on Hawkeye #10 and #12. Normally, The Outhouse would normally now make fun of FrancFranc or Aja, but honestly, we think they're both swell, and we have nothing bad to say about them. Even Matt Fraction, who wrote Fear Itself, gets a pass because his writing on Hawkeye has also been fantastic, plus Avengers vs. X-Men kinda made Fear Itself look good by comparison, in the same way that World War 2 made World War 1 look like not much of a big deal.
Marvels full solicitations will be published at 12PM Eastern time, or shortly thereafter, depending on whether this reporter is on the bus at that time. Here's the press release:
