Justice League Movie to be Filmed on Moon, Stars Jesus, the Tooth Fairy, and Heath Ledger's Reanimated Corpse

More rumors have surfaced about the possibly fictional Justice League movie.

Since even before Marvel's Avengers took the box office by storm last year, the comic book media has been speculating on DC's rumored Justice League movie. After Avengers turned out to be such a hit, sites began posting new rumors on a weekly basis. The movie would be a reverse Avengers, starting with one film and branching off into several franchises. It would tie in with Nolan's Dark Knight movies. It wouldn't tie in with Nolan's Dark Knight movies. It would feature Dick Grayson as Batman. It would feature the same Superman as Zack Snyder's Man of Steel. It would feature an all new Superman. It changes from week to week.

Personally, The Outhouse is unconvinced that the movie will ever actually be made. The only evidence comes from periodic rumors from a third rate newspaper. The movie has no director, no screenwriter, no release date, and no cast. It's basically like the JGL as Batman rumors that Comicbooks.net reporter Gus Sterlingham writes about every day, except with less homosexual undertones.

In any case, the latest rumor to hit the net is that the movie will star only Batman, Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman. This is sad news for Aquaman, Hawkman, and Martian Manhunter fans who were hoping that their favorite character would be rumored to appear in a movie that will probably never actually be produced. The rumors, originating on Latino Review, have been picked up by reputable outlets like IGN and Ain't It Cool News, bizarrely proving that The Outhouse is actually a more reliable news source than real news sources, since we tell it like it is: this is all a bunch of crap.

So, take this one with a grain of salt. We'll keep you updated the next time these completely unsubstantiated rumors annoy us enough to want to make fun of them in an article, or when Warner Bros actually makes an official announcement about any of this.

So I am guessing that Ben Affleck told WB hell no to directing JLA then? :-D

IIRC he shot down that rumor almost as soon as it came out

that JLA movie is just never gonna happen

Unfortunately, there may be some truth to this statement. WB had so many years to put a JLA film out but are now doing it as a knee jerk response to the success of the Avengers.

yeah which is understandable,I just don't think WB is ever gonna get their shit together

I've said this before but I'll say it again: give Affleck Daredevil to write and direct.

He's more than qualified and would be a redemption of sorts.

Unfortunately this statement is very true. I wish Warner and DC would be run by people who know how to market their products in a sensible way.

I can see Affleck directing a Vertigo title but not stuff like JLA. I would rather have someone like Peter Jackson or Guilermo Del Toro instead.

I'd rather have Michael Bay direct JLA so that it'll be a guaranteed smash hit locking it in for sequels galore while the internet burns at the thought of it.

The only good that can come of this is plenty of ass shots of Wonder Woman which will basically be one of the main focues of the film.
