Charlie & Moggie would never do such a thing. Poor Molly, our dog, thought she was getting the blame.....
I was at my friend's pad the other day. he has 3 cats, one is a stray he took in.
He lives in a pretty big apartment, but they're totally taking over and it's getting out of hand.
Honestly, being allergic to cats and dogs, I can't hang there more than like 30 minutes, but these cats DESTROY his furniture, carpets, KNOCK OVER expensive trinkets, glasses, etc..not to mention BEG for food even when they were just fed.
You can blame my friend , but you can't train cats. they're just a-holes.
A lot of people have cats as pets thinking they're an easier option to a dog & impose less demands on your time. For example they don 't need taking for a walk. This is a fallacy. Yes, they can let themselves in & out but they still need as much care & attention as any other pet. If you go away you still need to arrange care for them. My cats (all strays or re-homes) are, even individually, more demanding than my dog. They take the piss. I think it's just something they do. But I still love them all.
