![]() One more vestige of the 90s is returning to comics. Source: Marvel Press Release Over the last few years, we've seen relics of the 90s such as gatefold covers, Rob Liefeld, holofoil, Scott Lobdell, polybags, diecut covers and Bob Harras reappear in the comic book industry, all of which have been met with some level of scorn from those of us who remember how the 1990s destroyed the industry. Now, another piece of 90s trash is returning to comics: Teen Tony. Actually, it's not all that bad. Marvel has announced that Keiron Gillen and artist Dale Eaglesham will be writing a "Secret Origin" arc of Iron Man. A piece of promotional art showng a baby Iron Man indicates that the arc will focus on Stark's younger years, which probably means that we'll see a teenage version of Tony Stark. On the plus side, Greg Land is off Iron Man, at least for a little while. Yay, no Greg Land! Here's the teaser: ![]() Written or Contributed by ThanosCopter READ THIS ARTICLE ON THE FRONT PAGE, HUMANS! |

I'd hate to see the porn that Greg Land would have to trace for a teen Tony arc. ![]() |

Franklin Richards created/ended the whole Heroes Reborn thing based on his mental idea of who the heroes were. So when he brought Tony back from the Heroes Reborn world, in his mind, he pictured adult Tony, so voila, adult Tony was back. Stupid fix for a stupid problem. |

I haven't been keeping up with IM, but do they ever talk about Howard Stark in the book these days? |
