We have a Teavana store in the mall here now. The smells as you enter are just incredible, and they give some free samples, too. They have a wonderful variety of fresh, loose leaf teas of any kind you could want.
On the other hand, their prices are astronomic and their pushy sales staff is forced to try and upsell you on everything, so you can't simply go in for some (overpriced) tea without being told you need this tin for $9.99 or it will go bad in three days. From the reviews I've read, nobody has anything good to say about this place, which is too bad.
Fortunately we also have the local hippie store that has loose leaf tea, if not quite the variety.
