Last week's episode: 6.81

The worst-rated episode of the season, and I think of the series to date.. I don't remember. Which is odd, because despite the hate I didn't think it was anywhere near as bad as Vato Granny episode from Season 1.

Hoping for a rebound.

Season to date:

3.01 "Seed" - 9.00
3.02 "Sick" - 8.81
3.03 "Walk With Me" - 7.83
3.04 "Killer Within" - 9.94
3.05 "Say The Word" - 8.00
3.06 "Hounded" - 7.44
3.07 "When The Dead Come Knocking" - 8.57
3.08 "Made To Suffer" - 8.91
3.09 "The Suicide King" - 6.81

"Home"

As the group debates their next course of action, Rick wanders after a lost friend. Daryl and Merle question their choices. The Governor restores order in Woodbury and makes plans to punish those responsible.

Yeah, but that Vato episode was early on, and expectations weren't as high. By this time, and with The Governor arc to mine and embellish, it shouldn't be as bad as last week's show.

I did not think it was as bad as you guys made it out to be, but it was the worst of the season, sure.

It was fine, but it had a few poorly written parts. I hope that Rick's hallucinations stop. I don't like the idea of a delusional, schizo Rick. It would probably take me out of the story if that is further developed. I can accept depression, anger, rage, suicide, and hopelessness. But not hallucinations. Not for this character.

I think, realistically, more people SHOULD be going completely nuts. Given the circumstances and all.

Sure, they are all suffering from massive trauma. And I suppose hallucinations are possible. I just don't like hallucinations in stories. They are usually over the top.

This feels very "LOST" to me, so Chris should be digging it.

The Dary/Merle dynamic is great.

I have no issues with Maggie's reaction to this.

I'm going to give this a 9, carried by the strength of the second half of the episode and the Merle/Daryl parts in the first half.
