Weird that Marvel is publishing a Pacific Rim title. Figured that would go to DC.

Actually I thought it was going to be produced through Legendary's own comic imprint like they announced it would at San Diego.

No idea why they decided to go with Marvel instead. They already give up on producing their own stuff?
