i'm trying to use characters who could fit some where in marvel and not be redundant. I can't think of a single hero who has control over water that is on the "good" side in Marvel. Vixen is another character who's powers aren't redundant. And if Dick goes to Marvel he'd actually be forced to step out of the shadows of Bruce, and finally be his own man

I would love to see Mera as a member of the Avengers.

Dick could take over Dare Devils stomping grounds of Hell Kitchen and would be the perfect protagonist for the Kingpin of Crime.

Vixen I think would make an interesting choice for a New Warriors style team.

Two Face would be great against any number of Marvel's street level characters

Two Face would make a great villain for a lot of Marvel's street level characters. In fact, I would Have loved to see Two Face fill the Hood's role during Dark Reign.

Parasite would make a great X-Men and Avengers villain and Deadshot could be a great foil for Hawkeye, especially in the current series.

Two-Face would be an awesome addition to the New York crime families. Hell he would play well against characters like Spider-Man, Daredevil, Heroes for Hire, etc. Even pitting him against the Kingpin would be awesome, as they fought over who actually controlled the crime in NYC.

Deadshot would awesome no matter where he went. He could be used as a villain for Cap or Bucky. He could be the anti-hero that joins the Heroes for Hire. He would have fit in perfectly with the original Thunderbolts. So many places that you could put him and would kickass in all of them.

Parasite as a Hulk villain, never though of that before but it would be FUCKING AWESOME!!!

I have always wanted to bring Captain America to the DCU and make him the leader of the Justice Society of America. The Man with No Fear has always said that Justice is blind, now he brings this philosophy to the JSA. More often than not she is thought of as a Goddess so it is only fitting to put Storm on a team that had many Godlike beings walk among their members. The original JSA had an Android among it's ranks that showed more heart than many humans, I would place The Vision in that role. A Vision created by Ivo that finds his true heart and joins the ranks of the JSA to take down the onslaught of his Android "brother" Amazo.

Sending unused or underutilized DC characters for Marvel to use better (in their own titles, main roles in team titles, etc.)

ImageImageImageImage

The Flash (Wally West) - Former New Warrior & New Avenger (not Illuminati New Avengers)
Adam Strange - Guardians of the Galaxy (written like the "Planet Heist" mini, a little like MacGyver in space)
Lady Blackhawk - Invaders during WWII, the go-to pilot in books like Wolverine, Captain America, etc. Later on, a main character in Fearless Defenders.
Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner) - Earth's only Green Lantern, former New Warrior & New Avenger. Wally's best friend.

Two-Face: great villain for DD and Punisher. So misused in the DCU.
Parasite: I've said this a thousand times, Parasite would be a great Hulk (and even Thor) villain.
Deadshot: I can see him being a good rogue for Hawkeye or Winter Soldier
Zoom (Hunter Zolomon): "Ironman, I want to make you a better hero"
