And this is why he's having an ongoing. Them British teens can't get enough of the character. Why also this week's GL: TAS will probably be the highest rated when it airs in Britain.

Rightfully deserved too.

Obviously it'll be Geoff Johns the ingenious creator of this character.

Sometimes it's not about books going to high profile creators. Sometimes it's about who has the best ideas.
Maybe Venditti had the best pitch.

i've actually seen the DCnU in action. i do not for one second believe that is how DC currently works.

That's a really good point. Unfortunately...

Now is the time for an aspiring Green Lantern writer to send his/her pitch into the editor's office. The first issue doesn't come out until June. That's plenty of time for the editor to put you on the book and remove one of the announced writers.
Terry Kavanagh, you still have a chance

Yeah, no one's even pointed this tidbit out yet. We won't know that these are the ACTUAL new creative teams until the first issue drops. For all we know, we could have Grant Morrison on 3 books and Ed Brubaker on the other 3 before June.

Was there not suppose to be a Dex-Starr valentine's day special?

A red lantern does it we change the page to see what happens next. I miss the old books with ww2. Seeing legs blown off and other terrible acts of war had an appeal. Now everything is shown but in such a way that their back is to u in the panel. Its there but obstructed. Only mature reads seem to be when some tit is shown. Show me a real book like we use to get years back. Won't happen so I need my red lanterns to punch a hole in a chest.

Venditti was probably given this book because of how DC messed him around over Constantine.

I doubt that's happening. Especially with Morrison taking a break from the mainstream super-hero books outside of Multiversity and his Wonder Woman project.

It could change then, too.
They changed writers on the He-Man mini after 1 issue came out.
