Points to Morrison for pulling together all those odd one-off comments and scenes as far back as the first few issues. Have to give the man credit for his OCD long-range planning on his arcs but

God
damn
...

get to the point already

This issue ends on another cliff-hanger.

I've been really enjoying Morrison's run, he is one of those writers who gets the character. But wow, this whole revelation of the whole Little Man arc is like he's flipping the finger to DC Editorial in a way.

I'm just having a hard time enjoying Superman the character in this new U. No fault to Morrison and others.

It's just shocking on how DC's let it's most important property (Batman notwithstanding) atropy. Maybe not that the Seigel lawsuit isn't much of an issue DC will get a clue and remember what makes Superman work. And it ain't making him an aloof alien being who's drawing further and further away from the humanity he's sworn to protect.

He wasn't the first and he won't be the last.

I like the new superman. The old one was dorky and cheesy.

I have no problem with the New52 Suyperman.

What I have an issue with is Morrison.

I'm glad he has a long range plan. I'm glad he's bringing all the pieces together. But what I'm most glad about is that his vision of Superman is coming to an end because this is some boring crap! Maybe it reads better as a trade, but on an issue by issue basis, it's hasn't been good enough for me to want to absorb all the minutia that apparently I was supposed to in order for this stuff to make sense.

Even Rags hasn't been Rags for the most part.

Bring on Diggle!

Never noticed that until now. Feeding time must been painful.
