That GL cartoon is pretty damn good. Its funny and the animation is pretty solid.

It probably has more to do with the cost of production compared to the overall profitability.

Whatevs, comics not being for kids anymore is not a problem to me.

What is a problem is grown men and women still being obsessed with the same cartoons they liked when they were kids.

At least Adventure Time is current.

How is it hypocrisy, modern superheroes are aimed at adults more than kids. Whether or not they should be is beside the point, they are aimed at adults.

Cartoons are still aimed mostly at kids. They have appeal to adults, sure, but cartoons are still for kids.

While im not obsessed with cartoon from my childhood, im not hunting for the Mr. T show, i do not see how it is a problem people who enjoy them still. Maybe im missing something, can you explain?

I just have a problem with all these comics adaptations of cartoons claiming to be for kids and therefore superior to superhero comics, when they are clearly for nostalgic adults.
