what I always thought was interesting is Lynch made that movie while going to ucla film school he found this old building on campus that noone used and basically lived there and shot the movie there (without the schools permisson),pretty much the entire movie was made by Lynch on like no budget.Not that Erasherhead is Avatar or anything but I still find it pretty impressive
