Emma Stone and Martin Sheen were the only pieces of inspired casting in ASM. Garfield was only okay.

I liked Garfield better than Maguire. I think vocally he sounded as a better Peter.

He came across as a bit unlikable, but I attribute a lot of that to the writing.

Well, when we're talking about Hollywood movies and even to some extent TV over the last 10ish years, there's honestly more movies and actors/resses I'm not clued in to than actively dislike. The Outhouse keeps me moderately uninformed, though.

Zombieland I've heard of, though, of all the movies you guys mentioned.

Still not as inspired as Macho Man Randy Savage and Bruce Campbell in the original.

I don't see how casting a wrestler as a wrestler and your friend in a minor role counts as inspired, but hey, they were cool.

She looks more like MJ than he does like Parker. He actually looks like one of my old roommates when I was in my 20s who was a dick and a bathroom masturbator/creepy voyeur, because of that alone I wouldn't like him in the role.
