How do you like your duck?

I've had duck in Paris, and I've had duck at a nice old restaurant here in pennsylvania, and both times I had it medium rare. It was delicious both times.

For real though any of you guys fuck with the duck hanging in the restaurant windows in Chinatown? If it's a decent price we get it from the Chinese supermarket. That shit is dope even though its fatty as hell.

Chinese BBQ pork is also the only swine I will eat (and bacon sometimes).

I've had it twice and both time it was at a Chinese restaurant. How ever they made it was good, but I can't say how done it was.

Ps Daisy and Scrooge are my fave.

I ate it once from a Chinese takeout place and thought it was gross. I stick to core meats. Beef. Chicken. Pork. Maybe a little tuna.
