Wow.
Yeah, I read about that too. Although they are also reporting that ratings were down across the board last night, Community was definitely hit the hardest. It probably doesn't help that they aired the Halloween episode that was going to coincide with Halloween when it was originally supposed to air on October 26th.

I liked it and hated it.
I liked it because it was a fun episode and reminded me of everything I love about the show.
I hated it because there's an air of finality around the show so I feel like every episode has to seriously bring it and when this one didn't, I was underwhelmed.

It was just so-so for me.
better than last week's.
Understandable how ratings are down so much. I almost didn't want to watch, but my wife reminded me (it was DVR'd n e way). I think I laughed once or twice. (once at something Troy sed, once at "Changnesia")

I wonder why they couldn't get Nick Kroll to be a German again.

I liked it, but I do have to admit none of the new episodes have me really cracking up like the old ones did.

I LOVE BLUD BLOOD! - Rob Liefeld

Just because I don't know how to spell the language of some tiny African nation doesn't mean that I'm wrong in thinking that your attitude towards women is 100% wrong. Obviously, you're some skinny, single nerd living on the East Coast who probably derives value in life from wrestling matches, hoping that Wolverine gets to sleep with teenagers and engaging in casual drug use. You're literally the worst thing to happen to comics since Stan Lee.

I felt like this one was aired out of order. This should have followed the premiere.
It wasn't that funny, there were a couple of good parts but I felt like nothing really took off in a hilarious way.
Pierce has been pretty pointless this season, the worst written character on the show since Harmon's firing.

It was aired out of order, it was meant to be Episode 2.
I think Chevy Chase has kind of just checked out mentally in these episodes, we know he quit at the end of the season, and you can see it in the performance.
But really, he hasn't been given anything really interesting to do since Season 2.

My favorite episode with him was the one where they moved Annie out of her apartment. Which is season 3.
The baby boomer santa was funny too
Many would argue that the video game episode was his, but I think it was a marginally funny episode propped up by the gimmick.
But you're right in general, I think the writer's lost interest in the character and he was just kind of there.

See I thought the the convention episode was the best of the new bunch. If that is really episode 4, then my hope is that they will continue to get better next week going onward as the writers are getting used to the character's again
Probably a vain hope but

That was a poor poor episode this week. Terrible racial stereotypes and a non-resolution shitwreck. Only the Dean was bearable.
