Plus netflix, could you add something new in English for a change? You seem to be good for now on new Korean romances and Chinese horror flicks. |

I really wanted to give up at that point, but I was determined to see it through to the end. I kept waiting for something to happen, or a big reveal, or... anything, really. I heard good things about it, but it's just very disappointing. |

In the end, he still became known exclusively as one of the premiere horror film directors and his zombie movies guide popular culture and entertainment more now than ever, arguably, with The Walking Dead, etc., not to mention the "Of The Dead" film franchise and other zombie-themed media. But I'm gonna watched Season Of The Witch & There's Always Vanilla because I love oddball 1970s films. |

![]() Documentary about a weird little phenomenon that I missed entirely: the edited film business. Apparently, there is a huge demand for Hollywood movies with all of the sex, violence, swearing, etc. edited out, primarily in Mormon circles. So people used to buy the tapes and dvds of movies, edit them, and resell them to this delicate audience. Of course, now they've been shut down, as one might expect, but it's an interesting story, and the documentary's story has a nice little ironic twist. |
