Dammit.... just dammit....

One of the reasons I came here today was because he hadn't logged on his playstation in so long...

I wanted to ask him to get on and run around on Saints Row with me...

Oh ... wow, crazy. Very sorry to hear this. I wasn't really familiar with him, but he seemed cool enough. Hope his family is doing alright.

Everytime i read this thread it makes me sad.


Just a random question to the people asking if it was suicide, why should that matter? he's no longer with us. if he killed himself does that make his death some how less of an event?

If it were a suicide

-He abandoned his wife and family
-He intentionally endangered a train full of passengers to carry out the deed.

Some people don't have a lot of compassion for either of those things, especially the second one. It's one thing to end it, it's another thing to endanger other lives for the sake of it.

What business is that of anyone's, really, though? I mean, when it's some disconnected news story, I get the discussion, but when it's someone we knew, whose friends and family might be reading this, it just seems like it's not something we need to know that badly.

I don't know exactly and I can't speak for others, but if it was suicide I imagine some people may feel guilty that they couldn't help him. Personally, I would be upset knowing that I interacted in some capacity with him every day and couldn't/didn't help him.
