It is awesome, TV head guy sex and All.B-)

Haha no one gave me a heads up about that... it kind of took me by surprise. Truthfully, I think there was a lot of sexual content the book could've done without, but the story and concept were good enough that I was willing to overlook it.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Architects of Forever - The art was the best part of this whole thing. I can see why people didn't like it. It's confusing as shit at the beginning but it gets better once everything starts coming together. The thing that pissed me off is how it ended after six issues in the middle of the battle between Newton and Da Vinci. I like Hickman and I like that he does the long building stories but when it gets cut short it sucks. I loved the art so much that I wanted more. Oh well, at least I'm getting Dustin Weaver art in the Avengers.

Wolverine & the X-Men vol 3 - This was okay for a bunch of AvX tie-in issues.

King Conan: The Phoenix on the Sword – Conan vs Thoth Amon! Sort of. Old King Conan remembers when he first became king.

Pretty good fast read, really good art. I think it was the guy that was on the ongoing for a while.

Nightwing Vol. 1: A Knight in Bludhaven - Dick Grayson is probably my favorite character in the Big 2 but finding definitive stories featuring the character can be rough some times. I remember reading these books before but upon rereading this volume, it's all pretty standard stuff. A Knight in Bludhaven finds Dick Grayson leaving Gotham and the shadow cast by Batman behind as he ventures to and sets up shop in Bludhaven. Chuck Dixon gets Dick Grayson but the problem with this book is that he spends so much time trying to let you know that Dick is trying to establish his independence from Batman that you are constantly reminded of his association with him. All in all, this book isn't great but it's definitely not bad. Just standard Bat-family reading.

November was really hard on me this year, so my girlfriend and her family were extra nice to me for Christmas.

Like actual feces?

I almost bought the omnibus but I realized it would be a waste. I have it all in trades and half the run in singles.

Luckily no.

Originally I had the first 2 hardcovers and the remaining single issues but I sold them for some stupid reason. When I discover the means for time travel, I'm probably going to go back in time and punch myself for selling a lot of cool stuff that I used to have. :smt011
