been doing research, i don't think there is a variant. they made X-Force Archangel for a SDCC 3-pack this past summer. I don't think the next wave's Archangel has a variant.

I read on a few sites that there was an X-Force Archangel variant coming out when the Sentry, Jarella and Iron Fist figures come out

so when are these expected?
I have Ultimate Cap and Wolverine.

Some news from Joe Con pertaining to Wave 3 & 4 for the G.I. Joe Retaliation figure line:

http://www.hisstank.com/gi-joe-news/con ... ate-12115/

The next wave of figures will be hitting retail in late July. The Toy Fair date of May is incorrect.

Still figuring out internally the proper size for the brand in modern times. Similar to Star Wars prequels, they over saturated with the first movie, under produced for the second, and will have a better idea on how much to produce by the time the 3rd hit.

Retaliation toys are selling well so far.

Data Viper background - Roaming network relay point, allows Cobra to control drones and other vehicles without a centralized network. Has 4 screens in helmet for each of the 4 cameras on the drones.

Wave 3 is 12 new figures, one case, no doubles. Late July early August.

Wave 4 is additional figures not released by that point and carry forwards of popular or hard to find figures from previous waves, Colton was mentioned.

The Alpha vehicle landing boat with EEL will have a 50/50 ratio on the figure, half with Cobra symbol on chest, half without.

Micro Force Series 2 is not planned for release as of now, may happen later.

SDCC can't be shown because they contracted with a national outlet for initial unveiling.

SDCC hint - Will be a bigger set, fill a void for many collectors, will have a surprising amount of figures they think the fans will be happy with. Didn't say it would be Joe/TF, but hinted it will probably carry forward.

Kre-O doing well. Will continue with TRU as exclusives. Hasbro is dedicated to Kreo-O and is heavily invested in the segment as a company, will continue to push forward with it.

Dollar Joes will be coming with better distribution.

Vehicle drivers - Eaglehawk driver has full articulation, asked if that would continue, they said yes, that the reduced articulation drivers were a mistake and they won't do it again.

Hasbro’s Restructuring Contributes To Decline In Q1 Entertainment Profit

This morning’s earnings release says little about the specific charges in the restructuring, but the overall numbers are largely in line with expectations. The company reported a net loss of $6.7M, up from a $2.6M loss in the period last year, on revenues of $663.7M, +2.3%. The top line beat the $638.8M that analysts anticipated. Without the $28.9M in restructuring charges, Hasbro would have generated 4 cents in earnings per share — matching the Street’s consensus forecast.

Wonder if Battleship had anything to do with some of the lose.

Doesn't sound like it. I think this is actually good news. Stock is up 2.91% today.
The "losses" were from restructuring which cost $28.9M. If you don't count those costs the net loss of $6.7M is kind of a gain of $22.2M.
Seems like they saw that they were having a good year so they spent money on restructuring. Hopefully for the betterment of the company.

I've held Hasbro for 12 years and it's more than tripled,
Down side is that 3 x1 is only 3. Gotta have money to make money.

Last year was a horrible year for Hasbro. Obviously they took a hit for delaying live action movie G.I. Joe sequel. Yeah they took a hit with Battleship as well, but the other contributing factors were two horrific gimmick ridden lines of Transformers Prime. The Deluxe line did alright, but the Voyager line crashed and burned hard with Megatron and Optimus Prime eating up toy shelves with their horrible gimmicks while later figures in Dreadwing/Skyquake, Ultra Magnus v. 1, and Starscream (who has since become much more manageable to find).

Hence why the new Voyagers are flying off the shelves for the most part (at least the Classics and Predaking are by me).
