True. It'll take a really good one to pull it completely out of the downward spiral, and one that will stick around for at least a year or two.

DC's gonna seriously need to get a) A writer who has a good handle on modern SF and has a grasp of current science and tech trends and theory. B)An artist who can actually draw and has a clear vision.

Maybe we should help DC by making some suggestions.

I'm sure most of Legion fandom's 1st choice would be D&A.

Abnett & Lanning wrote the best Legion stories, but they're busy now with other things. I don't think they'll want to go back to DC.

Not after what happened with Resurrection Man, I guess.

Thought it was just stupid for DC to do a series called "Legion Lost" without them as well.

I know they canceled Resurrection Man, but did something else happen?

Not that I know of. But I don't see D&A working on any other DC titles right now either.

You'd think D&A would've been tagged to take over for Johns on Green Lantern.

This thread, like the present version of the LoSH, leaves me needing this...

I'm trying to think what was the last comic I read that gave me a headache was. It usually takes something with atrocious art, though.

Except for Aquaman, each and every single DC52 comic I've read or tried to. More so.. the LoSH titles. They left me :smt011 :headbang: every time I looked at them.

DC has tried every cynical gimmick with the classic Legion, and it's failed. It makes me mad DC can't figure out what really made the classic Legion work back in the day. Optimistic future, more realistic art, younger team.
