All it did was successfully turn a unique, optimistic character who could stand as a role model for other children into yet another jaded, insufferable little brat. No thanks, I could read literally any other comic book with a child in it if I wanted to read that story.

Trying something with lower tier characters. The Demon, Animal Man, Swamp Thing, etc. I’ve only read Demon Knights and Animal Man but people seem to really like Swamp Thing and some of the others.

I don't see anything in Nu52 that really couldn't have been done under the old U that I really like.

Though I do think that pushing stuff like JLD and Swamp Thing/Animal Man was good.

Not that I read them

I've really liked Aquaman and Earth 2.

Other than that...I've tried a lot of the books that I had a modicum of interest in; I think I've said before that I did enjoy the Simon Baz issues of Green Lantern once I stopped being horrified at how stupid his origin was.

But for me...see, I don't think you can truly answer this question without looking at what has been lost.

There isn't a single thing in the revamp that was worth the loss of Wally West, the Infinity, Inc. generation of heroes, Black Lightning's children as heroes in their own right. The loss of the New Teen Titans era, which also featured the Titans/Deathstroke rivalry which lasted for years and was actually a theme that could've been mined further by talented creators, was also lost.

So. I don't mean to take anything away from the New 52. DC has the right to make changes, and I've tried a number of the books.

But nothing they've done was worth what they lost. They sacrificed their history, a huge chunk of the great things that had done, for sales. That's what they did. And they got their sales increase.

What they lost...is far greater, in my opinion.

Yeah, people said that when they first did the reboot. They just needed to give them a little attention.

Batman and Batman and Robin have been good.

The GL titles were good. This First Lantern story is :smt015

Barbara being Batgirl is dumb as well. Better to have left her in the chair. Better character.

Overall, DC has done more harm than good with this 52 shit and they know it...

Actually having established a base line your opinion completely validates my criticism.

At least your consistent.

Wonder Woman is better than it has been since Rucka left, and Flash is the best as it has been since Barry came back. Faint praise I know but still...

Allowing green lantern and batman to basically keep their recent history intact
After that? Nothing.
Destruction of wolfman Perez titans and classic jli are just two of my biggest concerns.
The retrograde of booster gold is another
