Age of Ultron #7

Postby habitual » Wed May 01, 2013 1:26 pm

So I'm starting to think that we're not going to see Ultron at all during this event.

I did enjoy what the rebooted 616 looks like, as tired as I am of time travel storylines.

This is truly terrible. Is this 9 or 10 issues? Because Ultron is gonna show up on the last page of the second to last issue.

I will never understand why people are getting upset about the lack of Ultron in this book.

Well 7 issues in and you still haven't seen the titular character/main villain/big bad....

Exactly. He wasn't in every issue of the event but he was present and you knew he was there. If Bendis never intended to feature Ultron in the Age of Ultron then it could/should have been named something else. Age of Underwhelming Plot Twists or some other such nonsense.

My point was it was the first issue of AoA, hell he was even in the Chronicles of X-men books that served as prequels during the event.

I think people were so overwhelmed by the the basements of the Marvel Universe that they got lost in the shuffle.
