Sounds like Trekaphobia, more commonly known as the fear of going where no man has ever gone before, to me.

Indeed.

Achilles, let us explore it. Each man hides a secret fear. It must be exposed and reckoned with. It must be dragged from the darkness and forced into the light. Share your fear. Share your fear with me... and gain strength from the sharing.

Man, he was like the Jim Jones of pointy earred hobgoblins.

So Paramount's next on the "Get them pissed off at the OH" list?

Face it, one Thanoscopter article on the new Trek film could really make it happen.

It's "CBS Studios" now. Since you still called it "Paramount", you've already accomplished pissing them off! :-D

If I may put my two cents in about DC, I would point out the obvious fact that we on OH are the least of their problems. It's not like we're the only ones who have taken shots at DC and believe me several groups and people are already have. DC's main issues are internal and that's what they should be worried more about rather than criticisms hurled at them on internet forums. This is a company that doesn't know how to market most of their characters outside of Batman, has shitted on people like Alan Moore, Denny O Neil, Chuck Dixon, Mark Waid, Dwayne McDuffie, Karen Berger, Gail Simone, Joe Quesada and many more who have done lots to help the company creatively and artistically, can't properly resolved a decades long lawsuit with the families of the guys who created Superman, hired the guy who ruined 2 cartoon franchises and then brought on the guy who bankrupted Marvel in the 90's and believe that rebooting their whole universe is going to solve their sales problems in the long run. DC, if they had sense, would take time out and find out the root of why there are so many criticisms hurled their way as some of them they bring on themselves. What DC needs to realize is that until they learn how to make better business decisions and act more professionally towards others, their problems are going to persist.

QFT. It's the management that needs rebooting, not the DCU.

Agree, Marvel proved that what was needed when they flatline when Harris was removed and all upper management.
