Honestly, after playing through the story mode and a couple rounds of the classic mode, I am kinda bored with this game already. Lobo and Batgirl just aren't characters that are interesting enough to respark my interest.

I AM BOYCOTTING VIDEO GAMES
Well now that you mention it. I just might not buy this game after all. The costume and character choices just seem nasty.
Plus you have a Batgirl in Cassandra Cain and a Batwoman who's a fighter. The later who'd probably needs that limelight more in fact. They're both more obvious choices. Instead, DC shoves Barbara down our throats again. Because somewhere in DC these same sort of fans you are imitating Punchy are actually running DC.

I can't say it. It's too horrible. Zechs...is...not...wrong...
The roster was selected internally by NetherRealm Studios with input from DC Comics. The main goal during the selection process, which took around three to four months, was to create a cast featuring a wide range of characters with regards to size, ability, and level of superpower. Characters were also chosen based on criteria such as gender, popularity, and how well they fit within the Injustice storyline. The addition of each playable hero and villain required about six weeks of development. The characters were designed with the intent to make each fighter unique. Fighting styles and movesets were tailored to the lore and personality of each character. Ed Boon stated that DC Comics had given NetherRealm a large amount of freedom with their properties, allowing them to put their own spin on characters.

In my experience, that’s the case with most fighting games.
