Oh I see, you're into that whole "caveman diet" stuff. Very new age, Eli! Very trendy. :wink:

I know people who are so into the whole paleo- thing that they've given up brushing their teeth for some sort of regimented program of sort of sucking hard on all their teeth once every hour as a replacement.

Yeppers. I tend just to buy packs of thigh, as opposed to whole chickens. No messing about with the white meat, just straight to the best parts.
