I named a fish lamont once...then upon mentioning him @ the office - I was asked why I chose that name for a fish.

My reply? Cuz I like it. :lol:

No it was some kind of mutt, but a medium sized dog. He was back furred with a little white on the chest. He was old as fuck too, but he loved hopping the fence in the backyard and running around the neighborhood.

It would crack my shit up to see black women carrying around little toy dogs with names like "Braiden", "Hayden", "Aiden", etc.

Uhh, that is an actual Japanese name.

How people name their pets can tell you a lot about the owner.

For example, I have a friend who owned two cats at one point. One named Morphine. The other Halcyon. Or simply Morph and Halcy.

Yes, yes I do. It comes from working with animal shelters and being at dog parks and well just recognizing who in the world is a complete and utter douche bag.
