Yeah, I'm thinking in terms of those earlier contracts, since I haven't been following Vertigo recently. So I'm thinking about Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon holding all the rights to Preacher, for example. Needless to say, I'm not surprised that creators working at DiDio-era Vertigo are getting screwed in comparison.
