It's a truth-hole!

Every other female-only superhero book sells like shit, except the one called 'X-Men', hmmm, I wonder why that could be?

It looks to be a good book with a solid creative team and popular characters plus an X-Book, multiplied by it being a #1 means strong first issue sales. Wait six months to see where it ranks to show it is still a success.

I'm just saying, any X-Book #1 will get to the top (or thereabouts) of the sales charts, whereas other all-female titles actually struggle in sales terms.

Not saying it should be that way, but it is.

Any excuse to make sure strong female characters don't get the credit for it, am I right?

Have any feminist bloggers complained that a female writer isn't writing an all-female starring book yet?

No, the characters in this book are good characters, but the fact that they are X-Men is more important than their gender.
