Keith Giffen, JM DeMatteis and Kevin Maguire will bring DC fans Justice League 3000, a take on the far future of DC's premier superhero team.
Earlier today, ComicBookResources, as part of their ongoing incestuous and sycophantic relationship with major comic book publishers, revealed exclusively that Keith Giffen, JM DeMatteis and Kevin Maguire will be launching Justice League 3000, a new ongoing series, in the fall for DC Comics. This creative team is particularly popular for their run on Justice League International like thirty years ago, when most of our readers still had hair. The book will star future versions of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and The Flash, proving once and for all that even 997 years into the future, the comic book industry will still be incapable of publishing successful books with superheroes who didn't exist in 1970 or earlier.
Though CBR had the exclusive, because they have alleged sexual corporate relations with DC Comics, Outhouse staff writer Punchy was the first to report the news to our readers. Unfortunately, despite having a clear pass to post anything he wants on the Outhouse front page, he lazily just posted it on our forums, linking to the CBR article. Well done, Punchy. You're a credit to your people.
Here's some images we downloaded from CBR. Was that so hard, Punchy? Was it so hard?!
