Can anyone recommend a good site for comics related wallpapers?

Google Image Search should yield some good results.

Meh. Wasn't too impressed. Darkhorse has a few, but nothing's grabbed me yet.

No. And that might be a part of the problem, a lack of focus, but if you google it you just get too much from the big two. There's just an overall lack of imagination.

You get better results if you look for work of a specific artist--if you try Paul Pope you'll get a curious mix of beautiful women and... popes!

Maybe you can post a couple of wallpapers that you like as examples.

I haven't really looked at wallpaper sites for a while now (I do download them if I come across them.

Did a quick google search and it is more difficult than I thought (didn't look at the image search results). It's probably easier if you have a specific character, series, artist or company.

Did you see this one?

I personally like this site for looking at art, but most of the images are not big enough for a wallpaper...

With google, it's also a matter of what the word string is. With the right one, you can get better results, such as including artists names with the character.

Also, use the other tools that they include and don't be afraid to dig deep.
