WTF is this rank?

With Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye #18, I am officially back to buying monthly comics again, even if it's just on Comixology.

[Reveal] Spoiler: Click to Expand
Things are not looking good for the crew of the Lost Light. The ship is overrun with Legislators, and the away team is being pursued by Lockdown's team of Decipticons, including Pharma. Things do not end particularly well for either group, but hey, we're only two issues into this arc! We get introduced to a few new characters along the way, and learn a bit more about Ambus, Rodimus's mysterious cellmate. In fact, we learn quite a LOT about him, thanks to Rung, and the issue ends promising the readers some answers next issue.

Ultimately, it was a decent middle-of-the-story-arc issue. Skids got a bit of character building and got to kick some serious ass as well, and Rung, of all characters, gets a great moment as well near the end (Roberts has done a great job in slowly revealing Rung to be perhaps the most competent member of the Lost Light). There is a lot of setup, and a couple of potentially major revelations, but the importance of these revelations will have to wait until next issue.

Transformers Go! Anime Video Introduces Samurai & Ninja Teams

Hunter Optimus Prime (from the ongoing Transformers Prime: Beast Hunters CG series) introduces the new Autobots protecting Earth, the Swordbot Samurai Team:

• Kenzan, the police car Transformer who practices the "Emergency Two-Sword Style" of swordsmanship

• Jinbu, the jet Transformer who will never lose a battle of speed, and a practitioner of the "Super Aerial Sword Style"

• Ganoh, the fire truck Transformers with unparalleled power and the "Fire-Fighting Charging Style"

While each can transform into a robot on their own, they can combine in multiple ways to form three unique giant robots — Go-Kenzan, Go-Jinbu and Go-Ganoh, depending on who is the head.

In addition there is the Swordbot Shinobi Team: the Gekisōmaru Lion Ninja of Land, Hishōmaru Hawk Ninja of Wind, and Sensuimaru Shark Ninja of Water.

I thought the Star Saber/Victory Saber reveal was massive...then that last page hit.

Also Zechs might enjoy this about the next RID issue: Waspinator.

So I've just heard about Shattered Glass (the Transformers mirror universe) and I'd like to know more. I can't find a trade on Amazon and there's nothing at my LCS.

Any help?

Good luck, it's a Transformers Botcon exclusive which is why it's nowhere. I've barely managed to find one or two of those at my LCS, usually when they buy a collection.

I have this comic somewhere. There was a version that shipped to comic shops but I'm pretty sure it was in VERY limited quantities. No trades, though.

The comic is pretty neat, actually. Art by Don Figueroa before he went all movie-verse with the TF designs. Megatron as a good guy. Optimus as a bad guy. Cliffjumper as the main character. It's a Fun Publication book originally released for Botcon with a corresponding Botcon toyline. Nothing essential here but if you enjoy evil mirror universes (and who doesn't?) then it's probably a comic you'd like to read.

If you can find it. Like Fieldy said, it's rare. Very rare. The wide release will look like this:
