I can't believe (or rather I can believe) that Marvel re-tooled its long-promised Age of Ultron series seemingly to be an intro for this Spawn property. It's like all the fuss DC made about introducing Sandman character Death to Action Comics.

Oh, wait.

The "Big 2" are competing for Neil Gaiman, for whatever good that brought DC via Action Comics.

Honestly how do you know Age of Ultron was "retooled just to introduce Angela" seeing as how that wasn't even the biggest thing to come out of the mini series, they just used it as a way to bring her in.

If you thought his Eternals was rich with talent, you'll probably be happy with anything he might write.

I liked a couple of things he wrote over 20 years ago well enough. :smt102

Reading current Neil Gaiman work is like watching current Hulk Hogan wrestle.

I like American Gods and Neverwhere. I can't remember the last time I read comics with his name on them but I'm gonna guess 1602. I think I made it two issues into that.

EDIT: I guessed wrong. Now, I'm re-guessing that it was his two post-Batman RIP comics that kind of gives the character a funeral. Those were weird but fun comics, actually.

It is weird how Manara gets away with it, but then a lot of cheesecake haters are kind of hypocritical.

Comics Alliance's 'best art ever' feature contains a whole lot of T&A, including one this week where Batgirl strips down to her underpants. I mean, it's Bruce Timm so it looks amazing, but it's the sort of thing they'd normally complain about.

Yeah, it's just bad.
