Chiller 13: Great American Slashers Debuts Tonight

Tonight the Chiller network counts down America's 13 Greatest Slashers in horror.

Tonight Chiller, the network known for horror, counts down the 13 most frightening characters in Hollywood's history in the new, original special Chiller 13: Great American Slashers.

Slashers and victims alike comment on films like Friday the 13th, Scream, Halloween, Psycho, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and A Nightmare on Elm Street as celebrity notables including Robert Englund*, Tony Todd, Jamie Lee Curtis, Magda Apanowicz, Ted Raimi, Chris Sarandon, Danielle Harris*, Brea Grant, Steve Niles, Michael Berryman, Ashley Laurence, Samm Levine and Judah Friedlander (to name just a few) examine and discuss the murderous genre.

Check out photos and exclusive videos from the countdown at Chiller 13: Great American Slashers' official website and speculate there which of your favorite slashers will make the final cut and where they might place. Only one TV killer ranks among the vaunted list of thirteen, care to take a stab at guessing who it is?

Catch all the scary good action in the latest installment of the network's popular countdown franchise tonight @ 8pm on Chiller, it's sure to entertain you.

* Horror Fan Alert: Two of tonight's prominent commentators, Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street) and Danielle Harris (Halloween), are currently seeking crowdfunding help to get a Fear Clinic feature-length movie made. As its indiegogo page points out, "With over five million viewers, FEAR CLINIC is the most-watched horror web series in FEARnet history." So take part in movie-making history by supporting Fear Clinic The Movie and check out its indiegogo page to learn of its connection to fan favorite series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, The X-Files, Teen Wolf and more.
