I'm taking a certification test on Thursday. So far I've done a bit on the MS Word. There was a thing or two that was tricky, but overall it was a piece of cake. I've taught Computer Apps for six years now, some I'm not really concerned. Just wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what to expect.

I'm betting/guessing the Access will be the most difficult.

I never understood this stuff. Computer programs all work the same way. You just figure them out.

Yep, especially Microsoft. Pretty much each program works the same way for the most part. Access is the most different.

I was MCSD certified five or six exams back then. I gather you'd may need to know macros and a little vba or whatever they are calling programming applications for office. Maybe some database query and linking of data to documents.
