So I have Neon Genesis Evangelion vols 7 and 8 ready, and I'm almost done with 9.
Who will be interested in reading my opinions about it?

Tokyo Ravens TV Anime to Premiere in October

The September issue of Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Magazine will reveal on Saturday that the anime adaptation of Kouhei Azano's Tokyo Ravens light novel series will premiere on Tokyo MX in October.

The school supernatural fantasy centers around Harutora, a boy from a branch of the Tsuchimikado family of onmyōdō occult practitioners. However, he lacks the ability to see spirit energy, so he is now just an ordinary high school student. Natsume, a girl who was Harutora's childhood friend and the next head of the Tsuchimikado family, reunites with Harutora and changes his future.

Initial D Car-Racing Manga Gets New Anime Film & Final Stage Anime

Shūichi Shigeno's Initial D car-racing manga is inspiring an anime film, Shin Gekijō-ban Initial D (New Initial D the Movie), next summer. The manga's final battles will also be adapted into a new anime series called Final Stage. The "Young Magazine Dai Art Genga-ten 2013" event, which will run at Tokyo's Shibuya Hikarie complex starting July 26, will screen early footage from the film.

The manga follows Takumi Fujiwara, a high school boy with a natural talent for driving, in his racing pursuits on the public highways. The manga debuted in 1995, and Kodansha published the 46th book volume in January.

Meaning Fifth stage is indeed complete. Hope Funimation also adapt 5 & Final into a complete series....they never struck me as a company that leaves stuff half-finished.

Katsuhiro Otomo Will Not Make An Akira 2

He revealed, "Every time I submit a new project, it is refused in most cases. I know they have been expecting me to make Akira 2. But I won't do that. I really want to create something new. It takes a long time to finish one project, at least one or two years. If I have to spend so much time, I want to challenge a new thing."

Apparently. Thought that was odd too. Short Peace looks good (though I think he's only doing a little of that)

The Old Doctor

Given that the first Akira film came out back in the mid 80s and it is now 2013, it is not that strange, that it would not want to revisit a manga he never really had an ending for. After all, if he had one, he'd have done it.
