So Desaad is no longer the sniveling coward he's always been portrayed as but now this figure of terror and violence?

Well, that's odd. Last issue's preview both of you liked the way Desaad was portrayed :lol:

Er, no. All I said was that I liked the art. Which is to say the artist for that issue.

Not the design for Desaad in particular.

I'm not a huge fan of Desaad's redesign, but I do like World's Finest. Its a well constructed superhero story and doesn't try to be much more than that.

Nope, he's a very generic monster now. Everything interesting about him had to be stripped away because 52.

Last issue you said:

This issue it sounds like you are surprised by, or not liking, how he is portrayed. That sounds different to me. Sorry if I misread that.
