Wow, that 6 page preview reads a lot clunkier than I remember in issue one.

I think Trillium is dropped.

Yeah, they forbade you!

I found my way there from your link though. That dialogue seemed very wordy and clunky for two people so obviously not speaking the same languages. When I encounter someone who clearly doesn't speak any English, I don't just start throwing many complicated words at them all at once to try and communicate...because that doesn't work. All the one-sided dialogue in that preview reads more like sort of clumsy exposition entirely for the reader's sake. It makes the characters seem like a pair of chattering lunatics rather than two people from disparate worlds trying to find common ground for some basic communication.
