DC had done so much with Solomon of late - great JLU episodes... own mini ... I hate that they throw it all away for New Coke Grundy

"of late" ? Those JLU episodes originally went off the air 7 years ago :lol:

Seriously? Grundy had such a cool origin that was basically an old ghost/folk tale.

It's one of those characters you really don't have to mess with because it works. (Even if the best version of the character we ever got was in Starman)

It's interesting how Grundy went from being DC's angry Hulk dialogue( Even though SG came first) into a reject from one of Todd McFarlane's Spawn comicbook in the New 52.

Do you mean using angry Hulk dialogue? Or do you mean being angry Hulk's analogue?

Oh sorry, typo error on the first part. Just caught it so thanks. I meant to say SG pretty much was DC's version of Savage Hulk when he first started out( Even though I believe he came first creation-wise).
